Mark-10 ESM750 Motorized Tension / Compression Test Stands

ESM1500 and ESM750 single-column force testers are highly configurable solutions for tension and compression measurement applications, with capacities of 1,500 lbF (6.7 kN) and 750 lbF (3.4 kN), respectively. With generous travel and clearance, they are suitable for break testing, cycling, limit testing to a load or distance, loadholding, elongation testing, tensile testing, compression testing, and more.

Satisfy various test methods through an intuitive menu with selectable test parameters, such as speed, number of cycles, etc. Up to 50 profiles may be saved and password protected. Crosshead positioning for sample setup is a breeze with available FollowMe®. Using your hand as your guide, push and pull on the load to move the crosshead at a dynamically variable speed.

	Indicators and Force Gauges Select from Model M7I or M5I indicators for -LC test stands, or Series 7 or Series 5 force gauges for -FG test stands. Note: At 500 lbF (2,500 N) or more, force gauges are not recommended for applications involving sudden, sharp breaks. Examples include compression of brittle materials, pull testing of welds, etc. Consider an -LC test stand with indicator and load cell.
	Series R01 force sensors S-beam load cells for use with any Mark-10 indicator. Capacities from 50 to 2,000 lbF (250 N to 10 kN).
	Series R03 force sensors Inline force sensors for use with any Mark-10 indicator. Capacities available from 0.25 to 100 lbF (1 to 500 N).
	Data collection & motion control software Consider MESUR^®gauge Plus for force vs. travel or force vs. time data acquisition, plotting, analysis, reporting, as well as motion control. The software coordinates motor start / stop and data acquisition with one click. Note: MESUR^®gauge Plus does not require any optional test stand functions, such as PC Control. If force vs. travel vs. time output is required, order the Travel Indication option. See below section for details.
	Shield (AC1092-1, AC1092-2) Provides pinch and sample debris protection for the operator. Includes an electrical interlock, preventing test stand operation while the door is open.
	Remote emergency switch (AC1074) Convenient for when the standard emergency switch is inaccessible, for example if a shield is used. Includes an 8’ (2.4 m) cable, and plugs directly into the rear of the test stand. The standard, attached emergency switch remains operational while the remote switch is plugged in.
	Control panel tabletop mounting kit (AC1085, ESM303-004) For applications requiring remote use of the control panel. Features an adjustable viewing angle and a base with thru holes for bench mounting. Use AC1085 for test stands produced in November 2020 or later, or ESM303-004 for test stands produced earlier.
	Base plate, matrix of holes (AC1055) Features a matrix of #10-32 threaded holes and a 1/2-20 center hole, ideal for custom fixture mounting.
	Base plate, three hole sizes (AC1054) #10-32, 5/16-18, and 1/2-20 holes are provided, along with an array of four 1/4-28 holes.
	Load cell hardware kit (AC1064) Set of mounting hardware for other manufacturers' load cells with #10-32, 1/4-28, and 1/2-20 mounting threads. Note that Series R01 and R03 load cell part numbers ending in -1 (ex: MR01-500-1) include mounting hardware for -LC test stand models, ex. ESM750LC.
	Eye end adapters Allow for quick grip installation and removal, and prevent grip rotation. Mount to common test frames, load cells, and force gauges.

For use with a force gauge. For applications involving a sudden, sharp break, we recommend force gauge capacities up to 500 lbF (2,500 N) only. Otherwise, consider an -LC test stand instead.
